THE TEMPLE OF SELF · TEACHINGS
Learn With Me
Courses and teachings for deeper embodied practice.
The body is the doorway. These teachings are for those ready to go deeper: to learn the language of your own body, and to carry this work into your life, your relationships, your business, and your practice.
Somatics of Money
COMING SOON · JOIN THE WAITLIST
Money is not only a strategy. Your body responds to money through everything it has learned about safety, worth, visibility, receiving, and belonging.
So a decision that looks strategic (lowering your price, avoiding the offer, over-explaining, discounting early, shrinking your visibility) may actually be a protective reaction.
Before you change the strategy, notice the body.
NOTICE · STAY · ALLOW · CHOOSE
In Somatics of Money, we work with what happens in your body around money, in real time, so your next choice can come from more information and agency instead of fear. Fear is information. It doesn’t have to set the price.
Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know when it opens.
