There are “coaches“ and self-claimed “healers“ in this world. Plenty of them. Then there are these beautiful spirits gently placed in people's lives with absolute alignment like the Univse said, “Here… I know what your need, I know your heart, your body, and your experiences… I know what your need to help yourself heal, to help you… set yourself free. “
That's what it felt like to sit with Amy Norfleet. It's safe. It's honest. It's so fucking real.
Zero ego. Zero hierarchy, zero pressure to be or feel anything other than whatever is ready and willing to come through, come up, and come out. She is absolutely one of the most, like the MOST humble humans you will ever meet so you will never hear her toot her own horn… soooooo I'll do it for her.
During one of the most vulnerable and raw chapters of my life, Amy was there to help me meet myself exactly where I was at, connect with a body I didn't feel safe in, connect with the pain that was begging to be loved on and guided me through the process of a deeper self-understanding. She co-created a container where the patterns and energy that those patterns created, had clear channels to be felt, seen, honored, nurtured, and lovingly relieved of their burden to “protect” me.
Her gifts are many. Her spiritual attunement and connections is pure and real and needed. We heal when we feel safe enough with another human to feel our deepest emotions. Without shame, without guilt, without needing to be anything other than the messy, real deal human having a human experience without the fluff, without the mask.
There are coaches… and there are healers. Then there is medicine in human form, that enters your field, calls you to participate in your own healing and leaves you with the tools and support to continue that journey because we all know… it's not a one and done thing. It's a process. It's layers and corners and forgotten pockets of time that have stored in a body that always remembers. This is a coming back home to yourself through love.
