What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for reducing stress and promoting relaxation and healing within the body and energy field. It is administered by placing hands on or around the body with the intention of healing. We all have a life force energy that flows through and around us; when it runs low, it becomes easier to feel stressed, depleted, or unwell. Reiki treats the whole person (mind, body, and spirit) and leaves you feeling relaxed, secure, peaceful, and energetically renewed.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki Session · $175 · 60 minutes
An in-person Reiki healing session to relax, release stuck energy, and restore balance in your body and energy field.
Reiki with Sound · $185 · about 90 minutes
Reiki paired with sound therapy (singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound-healing instruments) to help you integrate, settle, and renew. Sound adds time, so expect a little longer than a standard session.
Mobile Reiki: I Come to You · $250
For those who can't leave the house, are in care or hospital, are too unwell to travel, or don't drive. All you need is space for my table. Sessions are generally about an hour.
Before your session
Please dress comfortably (and cozy in cooler months). Nourish your body with fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water before and after. For in-studio sessions you'll need to be able to walk upstairs, be open to receiving Reiki, and be comfortable with hands-on touch. Reiki is gentle, but as the body releases stored energy it's normal to feel tired or a little off afterward. Rest and hydrate.
