Blending somatic work, meditation, and energy awareness, she supports clients in finding where trauma, tension, and old patterns are stored… and moving through them in a safe, grounded way. Her approach is intuitive, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in nervous system healing.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher, Sound Healer, Herbalist, and Writer, Amy weaves together body-based practices with the healing power of plants, nourishment, and lived experience- supporting transformation that is both grounded and lasting.
